CHEN Matthew is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in project and software management. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Hitachi Rail since June 2024, previously held the same title at GTS Singapore from August 2022 to June 2024. Before these roles, CHEN Matthew worked at Thales from January 2011 to December 2013, contributing as Project Manager and Lead Project Manager on significant projects, including the Singapore North East Line and various Taiwan LRT projects. CHEN Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Application from the University of Sunderland, a Master (Flexi) in General Management from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and a Diploma in Information Communication Technology from Singapore Polytechnic, alongside a degree in Chinese instrumental (Erhu) from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
