Frederick Bourgoin

Frederick Bourgoin is the Director of Operations Performance at Hitachi Rail, where they leverage nearly two decades of extensive experience in Operations, Quality, and Project Management across international Mass Transit projects. Previously, they held senior positions at Thales, including Director of Quality and Customer Satisfaction and Vice-President of Quality Assurance and Project Management Office, where they managed large teams and implemented key quality processes. Frederick's background also includes considerable engineering project management experience with Bombardier Transportation, overseeing critical testing and commissioning operations on major transit projects. They earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Université Laval and an Executive MBA from Cornell-Queen's, graduating with high honors.
