Harry Smith is an accomplished engineering and delivery professional with extensive experience in the rail and electronics industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Delivery North America at Hitachi Rail since April 2010, Harry has held multiple leadership positions including Vice President Regional Technology, Americas, and Vice President of Engineering and Commissioning in the USA. Prior to Hitachi Rail, Harry was a Senior Purchasing Engineer at Philips from December 2007 to April 2010 and spent over a decade at II-VI Incorporated in various engineering and managerial roles. Harry holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
