Jay Anderson

Jay Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jay is currently a Principal System Engineer at Hitachi Rail STS since 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a VP Enterprise Agile Coach at Techstra Solutions from 2018 to 2019. From 2011 to 2018, Jay was the VP of Product Development at Development Dimensions International, where they led a team in creating and managing a software platform for leadership development. Before that, they served as a Product Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company, where they worked closely with utility customers. There, they gained experience in managing digital protection and control systems. Jay also held positions at Union Switch & Signal and GE Transportation Systems, where they worked on various engineering and technical projects. Jay Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, which they attended from 1976 to 1980. Jay later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh, completing it from 1993 to 1997.
