Jonathon Sheldrake has extensive experience in the automotive and rail sectors, currently serving as Duty Shift Manager at Hitachi Rail since October 2016, where responsibilities include maintaining new IEP trains on the GWR line. Prior to this, Jonathon held various positions at J & M Automotive Solutions LTD as Managing Director, and worked as an Advanced Train Maintainer at Alstom, focusing on maintenance and fault finding for the London Underground's 95 3rd rail stock. With a solid foundation as a BMW Workshop Manager and technician gained over a decade at multiple BMW dealerships, Jonathon has a comprehensive background in vehicle maintenance. Jonathon is pursuing advanced education in Strategic Management and Leadership and an MBA at Teesside University, building on a background in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Technologies.
