Ron Young is the Director of Global Services for Hitachi Rail's Urban Rail Solutions, leading efforts in the development of urban rail signaling services worldwide since 2024. Previously, Ron held various roles, including Director of Customer Care at Thales Rail Signalling Solutions Inc. and Manager of Customer Support and Technical Training at Alcatel Transport Automation. Ron’s career began as a Technical Writer at Edwards of General Signal, where they advanced to Design Technologist. Ron holds a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Centennial College.
