Tom Halfdansen

Tom Halfdansen is an Engineering Manager at Hitachi Rail, currently overseeing engineering operations. With extensive experience in the railway industry, they previously held roles including Engineering Manager and Head of Signal Technical Department at Thales. Tom has also contributed as a Senior Engineer at Jernbaneverket, where they worked on various signaling and safety projects. They co-founded CEMIT Group and served as Managing Director, focusing on rail market expertise in the Nordic region. Tom holds a Master of Management from NTNU and a degree in Project Management from Høgskolen i Telemark.
