Vincent Bourget is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Hitachi Rail, a role held since 2024. Previously, they served in various leadership positions at Thales, including Director of Hardware Engineering and Director of Industrial Engineering and Procurement, where they focused on complex supply chains and performance-driven culture shifts. Prior to that, Vincent held multiple engineering and management positions at Alcatel-Lucent and Draka Kabel Nederland, developing expertise in optical fiber processes and sales management in the Middle East and Africa. Vincent earned a Master of Engineering in Optic and Chemical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Céramique Industrielle from 1989 to 1992.
