Eugene Suhover

Eugene Suhover has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Eugene started their career as an EBRD microfinance trainee at OAO "Belgazprombank" in 2005. Eugene then worked at BTA Bank as the Head of Sales Support Department, where they created processes for working with SME clients and implemented EBRD technology for financing SMEs. Eugene later joined Bank of Georgia as the Deputy Head of SME Department before moving to Rosbank, where they worked as the Head of Sales Support Department, focusing on business scaling and the creation of regional branches.

In 2013, Eugene joined Alfa-Bank (Belarus), initially as the Head of Sales Support Department, where they launched and managed a regional network of bank branches. Eugene later became the Head of Products and SME Marketing Department, responsible for developing non-financial services for SME clients. Finally, they became the Head of SME Development, where they successfully implemented the Alfa Business Hub creative space and coworking project.

Eugene then transitioned to VOCHI Video Effects as the Chief Financial Officer, contributing to the SaaS business planning and the completion of legal and financial Due Diligence for the project's acquisition by Pinterest. Eugene continued their role as the Chief Financial Officer of the VOCHI Project at Pinterest, where they integrated startup processes into the corporation's ecosystem, set up bank accounts, and provided statutory support audits and accounting consultants.

Currently, Eugene is working as an Independent Financial Advisor at Melnichek Investments LTD. Eugene recently took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Hitapps, starting in November 2022.

Eugene Suhover holds a Bachelor's degree in World Economy and International Economic Relations from Belarusian State Economic University. Eugene also pursued professional development in Strategies for Effective Marketing from the Federal Leader Group in Moscow, and Technologies of Sales and Effective Work with Clients. In addition, they participated in the Work&Travel program in Germany. Eugene has obtained certifications in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from SmartValues and Situational Leadership by Paul Hersey from the Federal Leader Group. Eugene also completed The Harvard Principles of Negotiation program through the Federal Leader Group.
