Felipe Longo

Felipe Longo is the CEO of Hites, a role they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they served as Gerente General - Easy for Cencosud S.A. from 2019 to 2024, leading a company with more than 5,000 employees and about US$1 billion in annual sales, repositioning the business and achieving profitability while reducing operating costs and improving service levels. They also served as Director at Cencosud Brasil and as Gerente Comercial y Marketing at EASY, where they implemented Agile, launched programs to support micro-entrepreneurs, restructured the commercial area, and led digital transformation initiatives. They began their career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company (2005–2010), with earlier roles at Diageo and British American Tobacco, and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School (2003–2005) and a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniero Comercial from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (1995–1999).
