Naomi Bremner

Naomi Bremner is a seasoned project manager specializing in transport policy and planning, with extensive experience in business case development and community impacts in remote and rural areas. Naomi founded Eyland Skyn in 2013, providing strategic consultancy services informed by a diverse background in both local government and community settings. Previously, Naomi served as the Director of Scottish Rural Action, where they initiated the inaugural Scottish Rural Parliament to enhance policy engagement for rural communities. In addition to current roles in various organizations, including as a Trustee and Chair of the Stronsay Development Trust, Naomi also earned an MSc in Transport Planning from the University of Leeds and a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering with Management from the University of Bradford.
