Neil MacRae is a Senior Partnership Manager with HITRANS, bringing over 20 years of experience in Transport Planning. Having held various roles at The Highland Council, including Transportation Officer and Incorporated Engineer, Neil also completed secondments with Transport Scotland and The Moray Council. Currently, Neil is pursuing multiple degrees, including a Master of Science from The University of Edinburgh and qualifications in Transport Planning & Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, alongside an MA in Politics and Geography from the University of Glasgow.
