Bimal Sheth

Bimal Sheth is the EVP of Standards Development & Assurance Operations at HITRUST. Prior to joining HITRUST, Bimal spent 16 years at EY where they were a Senior Manager in the Advisory Services practice. In this role, Bimal was responsible for the global PMO for the Service Organization Control (SOC) reports. Bimal led a team of over 400 professionals across 22 countries and delivered over 250 SOC reports annually. Bimal also drove innovation through the use of robotics to lower costs and improve efficiency.

Bimal Sheth graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Master of Science in Accounting, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Bimal is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
