They work closely with organizations to guide them through the implementation process, provide continuous support, and collaborate on strategies to effectively harness employee feedback. Their goal is to help HR teams drive meaningful change, boost engagement, and enhance workplace productivity by utilizing Hive's suite of tools and insights.

Customer Success Team

They design and implement features such as Hive Surveying, Hive Open Door, Hive Messenger, and Hive Fives, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. Collaborating closely with other departments, including People Scientists and HR partners, the team focuses on delivering a seamless and insightful experience for our clients, thereby empowering organizations to make data-driven, people-first decisions.

The Marketing Team at Hive HR is responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote Hive's employee feedback platform. This includes developing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, and managing online presence to attract new customers and retain existing ones. The team works collaboratively to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and communicate the value of Hive's technology and HR solutions to a wide range of organizations.

The Product Management & Support Team at Hive HR is responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of Hive’s employee feedback platform, ensuring its offerings align with customer needs and market trends. The Product Manager oversees the product lifecycle from conception to launch, while the Senior Product Support Executive addresses customer inquiries and resolves technical issues. The People Scientist collaborates with HR teams to interpret employee feedback data, offering insights and strategic recommendations to optimize workplace engagement.
