Matt King

Matt King is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience across various roles in the defense sector and sports management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Task Lead at Hive Group since May 2022, Matt has taken on responsibilities as Sector Lead for Navy, GCC, and Innovation. Previous roles include Team Lead for Navy 1 & 2 at Avantus Federal and a progression from Financial Analyst to Senior Financial Analyst at Army Navy Country Club, where leadership and financial analysis were key components. Additionally, Matt has a strong background in tennis instruction, having served as Head Tennis Professional at Cottontail Swim and Racket Club and as Director of Adult Tennis at Army Navy Country Club, where expertise in coaching and program development was demonstrated. Matt holds a B.B.A in Business Management with a focus on Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from James Madison University.
