Founded in 2024, HIVE explores how gaming can serve as a pathway for young, talented and passionate individuals to grow within the industry. Through curated events and pilot initiatives, we create spaces where ambition can be tested and practical experience can support personal and professional growth within gaming.

We see innovation and entrepreneurial thinking as essential for strengthening gaming culture over time. By encouraging initiative, experimentation and capability building, HIVE supports individuals who want to transform passion into long-term contribution within the gaming industry.

As part of the collaborative network around gaming and digital culture in Jönköping, HIVE contributes to dialogue and local development while remaining focused on practical activation.
