Values
We work remotely.
Individual teams try to spend a few weeks each year living and working together from the same location. We will typically rent a big house in some beautiful spot like Bali or the coast of Portugal. You get a lot of flexibility when and where you work, and at the same time, you get to hang out with your colleagues while traveling the world.
The thing people appreciate the most about working at Borg is how many decisions they get to make.
We trust, everyone can figure out the most important thing to work on. We set clearly defined goals, and it’s up to everyone to figure out the best way to achieve them. In short: no micromanagement but lots of feedback and coaching.
Working at Borg can give a sense of satisfaction and meaning.
We have taken on a problem that many deem impossible to solve, but solving this problem would make a tremendous contribution to the world. We tend to attract people looking for more than just a source of income who thrive outside their comfort zone.
