Sofia Aronsson

Sofia Aronsson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sofia began their career as a Sales Representative at IKEA Group in 2011 and then worked as an Au Pair at AuPairCare from 2012 to 2013. Following this, Sofia worked as a Barista at Espresso House. In 2014, they joined Verifone and held roles as a Backoffice-assistant and later as a Technical Service and Customer Support representative.

In 2016, Sofia started working at Academic Work, initially as a Business Hour Coordinator, responsible for organizing skills development sessions for Staffing and Recruitment Assistants. Sofia then transitioned to the role of Staffing and Recruitment Assistant, supporting Consultant Managers in recruitment processes and assisting with general HR administration. During this time, they also served as a Talent Sourcer within the Technology/IT business area, responsible for sourcing and matching candidates for active assignments.

In 2020, Sofia joined AW Instajobs as an Operations Coordinator, where they focused on coaching and supporting clients with job placement and recruiting temporary staff. Later that year, they moved to Hive Streaming and took on the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, Sofia built the company's HR and Recruitment department from scratch and developed employer branding strategies while improving the recruitment process.

In 2022, Sofia was promoted to the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Hive Streaming. In this role, they supported the organization and managers with talent mapping, developed an Employee Value Proposition, and implemented initiatives to create a diverse company. Sofia also provided data-based recommendations to assist in talent-related decision-making and budget forecasting.

Sofia Aronsson completed their Bachelor's program in HR/personnel, work and organization at Stockholm University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Studentexamen in the field of Samhällsvetenskap, internationell inrikting from Per Brahe gymnasiet between 2008 and 2011.
