Benita Schmidt

Benita Schmidt has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Benita is currently working at Hive as the Business Development Lead for Germany since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Business Development Manager and Business Development Manager at Hive from December 2021 to October 2022 and from May 2021 to November 2021, respectively. Before joining Hive, Benita was a Venture Development (Growth) Intern at Hive from March 2021 to April 2021. Benita also worked as an Event Manager at German Australian Business Council e.V. from April 2020 to May 2021. Benita was a Co-Founder at The Mission IV: Work - Be Next! in Futury from October 2020 to February 2021. Additionally, they gained experience as a Working Student in Recruitment & Marketing at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management from January 2020 to April 2020. Furthermore, Benita completed a Project Management internship at Have it Back from June 2018 to August 2018, and they also did an Internship in Sales & Distribution at Sparkasse Bank in November 2016.

Benita Schmidt attended Taunusschule Bad Camberg from 2008 to 2016, where they obtained their Abitur with a focus on math and French. From 2017 to 2020, they studied at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management. In 2019, they had the opportunity to study abroad for a semester at both BI Norwegian Business School, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services, and EDHEC Business School, with a concentration in Financial Economics.
