Luke Bishop

Luke Bishop is an experienced professional with a diverse background in hospitality and management. Luke held the position of Assistant Manager at Katty Barry's Bar from April 2022 to January 2023, focusing on team management and addressing team queries during high-pressure situations. Prior to this, Luke served as a Customer Assistant at Circle K and as a Bartender at Kazbar Waterford and Gally’s Bar and Restaurant Ltd, where responsibilities included public relations and overseeing marketing strategies. Currently, Luke is employed as a Sales Development Representative at Hive and also as a Front of House Supervisor at Zanzibar Cocktail Bar, enhancing customer experience in fast-paced environments. Additionally, Luke contributed as an Assistant in International Sessions Management for the European Youth Parliament, organizing large-scale events for over 300 participants. Luke holds a Pre-University Law certification from Kerry College of Further Education and is pursuing an LLB in Law at Waterford Institute of Technology.
