Vincent Sim

Vincent Sim is currently the Chief Sales Officer at Hivebotics, where they focus on strategic leadership, sales expansion, and process optimization. Previously, they served as Managing Director at Karcher Singapore Private Limited, achieving significant revenue growth and developing the company's first robotics R&D center outside Germany. Vincent also held various roles at Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific, most notably as General Manager for ASEAN & Emerging Markets, where they increased market share from 8% to 20%. Earlier in their career, they were the Senior Manager of Marketing at Epson Southeast Asia, where they revamped the company’s digital presence and served on its global brand advisory board. Vincent holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Nanyang Technological University.
