Brad Techow

Brad Techow has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2010, they co-owned and managed Techow Brother's Home Improvements, where they served as a project manager. Brad later worked as a project manager at J Gee Construction from 2009 to 2011. Brad also gained experience in the firefighting sector as a volunteer firefighter for the Sedgefield Fire Department from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they worked as a summer camp counselor and water-ski instructor at Lake of the Woods & Greenwoods Camps in 2010. In their professional career, Brad held the role of accounting support specialist at The Bureaus, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Brad then transitioned to the tech industry, working as a customer support specialist at CoPilot in 2016. During the same year, Brad pursued their passion for cooking by working as a chef on the Mega Yacht Darlin'. In 2016, they founded and served as the CEO of MOCEAN, a professional networking platform for the Superyacht Industry. Brad later worked as a business development executive at Reflektion from 2017 to 2019, and currently, they hold the position of an account executive at Hivebrite since 2022.

Brad Techow obtained a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago from 2014 to 2017. Brad then pursued a Product Management Certification from Product School in 2021. Prior to their Bachelor's degree, Brad earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Brad also obtained several certifications. Brad obtained a certification in Agile with Atlassian Jira from Atlassian in February 2022. Brad also has certifications in Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design and Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate from Google, obtained in January 2022. Additionally, Brad obtained a Product Manager Certification from Product School in December 2021.
