Simon Artige

Simon Artige has a diverse work experience starting from 2008, when they worked as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amadeus IT Group. Simon then joined Amadeus as a Software Development Engineer, where they primarily focused on JavaEE development in the Amadeus Front Office products. Simon also worked as a Software Component Architect for the Amadeus Corporate Travel & Expense project, where they successfully piloted a new product. Simon then took on the role of Lead Software Architect for the Travel Distribution Front-Offices, leading a 5-year project to transition the technical environment and architecture to a cloud-based stack and operational model. Simon was also a Lead Platform Architect in the Technology Platform & Engineering division at Amadeus, contributing to a cloud transformation program. Currently, they are a Senior Technical Program Manager at Hivebrite as of February 2023.

Simon Artige has a strong educational background in computer software engineering and information systems. Simon earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from UTBM, which they attended from 2005 to 2008. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Science degree in Information System and Communication from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar.

Prior to their time at UTBM and Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar, Simon Artige obtained a university degree in Computer Programming from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, where they studied from 2003 to 2005.

Simon Artige has also acquired several additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Simon obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2014. In August 2012, they obtained the Amadeus Altea Reservation certification from Amadeus, and in July 2012, they became an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer, certified by Oracle.
