Usha Iyer

Usha Iyer has a wealth of work experience in various leadership positions and consulting roles. Starting in 1991, they worked as a Manager of Software Development at Think Systems, where they played a key role in developing a leading Demand Planning application. In 1997, they joined i2 Technologies as the Director of the Applications & Solutions Group, overseeing the integration of planning and optimization solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. Usha then transitioned to Vistaar Technologies in 2003, initially as a Director of Solutions Design & Development, where they contributed to the design and build of a technology platform. Usha later became the VP of Solutions Consulting & Product Marketing, building presales and product marketing teams. At Sverve, where they served as a Board Member and Advisor between 2011 and 2016, Usha worked closely with the CEO and CTO on various strategic initiatives, leading to significant sales growth and the company's acquisition by Bloglovin. Usha rejoined Vistaar Technologies in 2011 as the SVP of Product Management and Product Marketing, responsible for all product and service initiatives. In 2017, they joined Honeywell Safety & Productivity Solutions as the Vice President of Product Management & Marketing, leading enterprise software efforts. Currently, Usha is at Hivebrite, where they initially served as the President & Chief Product Officer before assuming the role of President & Chief Revenue Officer in 2022.

Usha Iyer completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Usha attended this institution from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science from The University of Memphis. The duration and completion status of this degree program remain unknown.
