Anja Kluver is a Service Design Director, Experience Designer, and Design Entrepreneur with nearly three decades of award-winning design and business leadership experience. Currently, they co-found and lead now+next, delivering executive education and mentoring in service design for various organizations and sectors. Anja is also an independent Strategic Service Design Director at Kluverworks, where they partner with start-ups and agencies to tackle complex business challenges through design. They previously founded Prospect, a London-based Experience Design Consultancy, and have held senior positions across various industries in the UK, the Netherlands, and Norway. Anja continues to contribute to educational initiatives as an Associate Tutor at Estu, supporting apprenticeship programs.
