Peter Adams

Peter Adams serves as the Group Chief Information Officer at IM Group Limited, leading various strategic initiatives related to business and digital transformation, enterprise performance, and data analytics since June 2022. An active member of the CIO WaterCooler Advisory Board since January 2020, Peter co-chairs a group dedicated to supporting IT leaders in the Midlands through workshops and events. With extensive experience in technology leadership and digital transformation, Peter has held pivotal roles such as Group Business Systems Director at Avant Homes, European IT Director at Brother International Europe Ltd, and Head of IT at Greencore, developing IT strategies and enterprise architecture frameworks. Educationally, Peter holds an MBA and a Diploma in Strategic Management from Henley Business School, as well as an HND in Computer Science from the University of Staffordshire.
