Phaedra has extensive experience as an Interim Change Consultant at both PHM Group Limited and Smurfit Kappa, where responsibilities included supporting client transformations and implementing people strategies. With a solid background in talent acquisition and HR management at Elsevier and other organizations, Phaedra has successfully led initiatives ranging from global recruitment strategies to change management frameworks. Phaedra holds a Master's degree in Strategic HR Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
