Steve Williams

Steve Williams is an experienced professional in sports therapy and business transformation. Currently serving as a Sports Physical Therapist at Durlston Sports Therapy since September 2024, Steve also holds the position of Expert Practitioner with The HiveMind Network, contributing to a modern advisory ecosystem. As an Independent Consultant at Expanding Box Consultants since February 2018, expertise in business transformation, lean, and agile coaching has been demonstrated. Previous roles include Ways of Working Coach at TEKsystems and Mozaic Services Limited, as well as a Lean Agile Coach at Deloitte Consulting and Cisco, where a strong focus on building agile cultures and enhancing organizational performance was established.
