Sue Duris

Sue Duris, MBA, CCXP, currently serves as the Head of Stakeholder Experience at the Principles for Responsible Investment, leading the global CX team and participating in several committees focused on employee engagement and diversity. As the Principal Consultant at M4 Communications, Inc., Sue has been providing interim customer experience and marketing management services since June 2011. Additionally, Sue acts as a Business Transformation Advisor for The HiveMind Network and a Strategic Communications Advisor for Changing the Chemistry, where strategic messaging and stakeholder engagement are prioritized. Past roles include serving as a Non-Executive Director for both the Customer Institute and Redyscore, and holding positions such as Chief Marketing Officer at DCBiosciences and SurDoc. Sue holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of California, Irvine, and a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
