Sofie Blakstad

Sofie Blakstad is the CEO of hiveonline, a previous Executive Advisor at Nordea, and Head of Business Transformation O&T EMEA at Citi. Sofie has also been Programme Manager at UBS and Research Lead and Expert Advisor at the Sustainable Digital Finance Alliance.

Sofie has extensive experience in advising on and delivering radical whole bank transformation, as well as experience in managing a portfolio of strategic change for RBS Corporate Banking. Sofie is also an expert in the area of digital finance and has been conducting research in this area for the past three years.

Sofie Blakstad is an entrepreneur and impact investor who has participated in the Impact Entrepreneurship Program at INSEAD, a world-renowned business school. Sofie also holds an MSc in Information, Systems and Technology from City, University of London. In their work, they focus on financial technology (FinTech), which is the use of technology to provide financial services.
