John Baxter

John Baxter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and cost analysis within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Partner and Director at HKA since January 2020, John has previously held significant positions at Berkeley Research Group LLC as Associate Director and Senior Managing Consultant, and at Spectra Energy as a Cost Analyst & Scheduler. Earlier roles include Manager of Project Delivery at Plenary Group, where John successfully managed large-scale projects, and Field Engineer at Aecon, overseeing construction crews and procurement. John holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, earned between 1997 and 2002.
