Will Thomas

Will Thomas is currently a Manager at HKA, having progressed through roles such as Associate Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant since joining in 2021. They co-founded the Virginia branch of 180 Degrees Consulting while pursuing their Bachelor of Science in Commerce and later in Finance and Information Technology at the University of Virginia. From 2011 to 2018, Will founded and led OPERATION HAWKEYE, a national mission using sport to honor fallen special operations forces and support their families. Will also gained valuable experience as a Student Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the McIntire School of Commerce, and as an intern at The Collingwood Group, LLC, and The Kenrich Group LLC. Will is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at the University of Virginia.
