Catherine Cheng

Catherine Cheng is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Talent Officer at HKBN since August 2023, Catherine oversees the organization's talent management strategy, focusing on building a high-performing and engaged workforce. Prior roles include Human Resources Director for Atos from 2016 to August 2023, where Catherine provided full HR leadership for the APAC region, and Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Automated Systems (H.K.) Limited from 1995 to 2015, managing HR and administration functions for over 1,000 employees across Greater China and several Asian countries. Catherine began the career as a Human Resources Officer at Jardine Systems Products (JOS) from 1990 to 1995, responsible for comprehensive HR operations within a local IT company.
