Raluca Pol

Raluca Pol has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Raluca is currently the Chief Operations Officer at HKR, where they lead and supports a diverse team across Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Raluca has successfully coordinated various projects to align with client needs and organizational goals, resulting in improved efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Prior to HKR, they held the role of Senior Marketing Specialist, where they led successful affiliate and influencer outreach strategies and coordinated cross-functional teams. Raluca also has experience as a Marketing Manager at ISARA, where they oversaw a team and coordinated marketing initiatives from start to finish. Raluca co-founded Muza Events and served as the CMO, where they created and grew the company in the local and national market. Additionally, Raluca has experience as a freelance designer and founder/project manager of Wear Romanian Design. Raluca began their career as a self-employed fashion designer.

Raluca Pol earned their Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Universitatea de Artă și Design din Cluj-Napoca in 2008-2011. Raluca further pursued their education in the same field by obtaining a Master's degree from the same university during 2010-2012. Additionally, in 2010, they attended the University of Dundee briefly, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Apparel and Textiles.
