Ellen Lam currently serves as Manager, Partnerships at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation since June 2023. Previously, from March 2017 to May 2023, Ellen held the position of Senior Commercial Officer at the Israel Economic and Commercial Mission in Hong Kong and Macau, focusing on fostering investment, partnerships, and trade between Hong Kong and Israel, while collaborating with startups and ecosystem leaders. Ellen has also worked as a Trade Officer in various sectors, including Smart Tech and ICT. Prior experience includes roles at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council as a Sales Administrator/Project Executive and Project Assistant, as well as a Project Assistant at In Express Expo and a Human Resources Trainee at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Ellen earned a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2008 to 2013.
