Clive Yip

Clive Yip currently serves as the Director of Asia Audit Data Analytics at Manulife, a position held since July 2020, where responsibilities include enhancing audit coverage and efficiency through various technologies such as Python, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools. Clive is also an Adjunct Lecturer at HKU SPACE and a Committee Member for the Professional Development Committee and Young Member Committee at the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). Previous experience includes a managerial role at EY focusing on audit innovation and data analytics, and positions at SCOR, PwC, AXA, and EY that encompass technical analysis, IT audit, financial auditing, and finance projects. Clive's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business, a Master's Degree in Information Technology from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from McMaster University.
