Devraj Roy

Devraj Roy is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse background in private equity and financial analysis. Devraj began a career at Salomon Smith Barney as a Financial Analyst from 1998 to 2000 and then transitioned to Parthenon Capital as an Associate until 2003. Following this, Devraj held a significant role at Irving Place Capital as a Partner from 2005 to 2023 and later became a Partner at Radial Equity Partners from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Devraj serves as a Partner at HKW, a middle-market private equity firm, where the focus is on investing in companies with strong management teams in the industrial manufacturing and tech-enabled sectors. Academically, Devraj earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and holds a Magna Cum Laude BA in Economics from Yale University, having also attended Northwestern University for additional studies in Economics.
