Rick’s primary responsibilities as principal within the Technology Team include sourcing new investments, evaluating new investment opportunities, performing underwriting and due diligence, and executing platform and add-on transactions.
Prior to joining HKW, Rick’s experience includes roles at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he worked in the firm’s Americas Special Situations Group (SSG) and helped lead investments in the technology sector. He was also with Macquarie Group, the family office of a Forbes list high net-worth individual and Perry Capital.
