HL Commodity Foods founded in 1985 by Harry Lawlor.

Our manufacturing facility was established in 1999 and is situated at the foot of the Galtee Mountains in Co. Limerick.  We specialize in the production of functional dairy ingredients including natural cheese flavours, liquid cheeses and heat stable cheeses.  Our business is based around offering bespoke solutions.  We will create a "Uneek" functional cheese specifically for you.

We have built a "Uneek" brand and assembled a unique team.  Our team has many years experience, covering a multitude of categories in food business.  We are big enough to supply many of Europe's finest food Manufactures, but we are also small enough to do so with a personal touch.  We're the secret inside many successful brands.
