HL Packaging Group, LTD manufactures retail packaging through its operations in Hong Kong and Dong Guan, China.  The company provides structural and graphic design, professional project management, printing and assembling, vendor managed inventory, and in-house logistics to international locations.  Its products are produced primarily of paper, but also include composites with plastic, fabrics and metals.  HL Packaging Group’s customers are brands of retail packaged goods.  They include fragrance and cosmetics, candles and diffusers, consumer electronics, personal care products, food and gourmet,  spirits and liquor, toys and games, and household appliances.  It is a subsidiary of Da Kong (H.K.) Ltd which was founded in 2007.
