Janet Rummel

Janet Rummel is currently a public relations communications consultant at HL Strategy. Janet has significant experience in managing communications and issues related to: federal/state/local permitting, project construction, water quality, water rates, financial resources, water conservation, water resource management, watershed protection, water/wastewater treatment and operations, solid waste management, land acquisition, business outreach, and workforce engagement. Janet has a proven track record in developing and implementing successful public relations and communications strategies.

Janet Rummel attended Texas State University and Sam Houston State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs and a degree in Journalism, respectively.
