Marco Bernardi

Marco Bernardi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity and board governance. Currently serving as a Partner at Groupe HLD since September 2023, Bernardi has also held various non-executive board member positions at C.B.G. Acciai, Induplast Packaging Group, Cieffe Derma, Sicer Spa, and LAMINAM SpA. Previously, Bernardi was a Partner at Azimut Private Equity Fund from January 2020 to August 2023 and a Partner at Alpha Private Equity from 2008 to 2019, where significant investments were made across Europe. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and engineering degrees from the Technical University of Denmark and Università degli Studi di Firenze.
