Jack Cundiff

Jack Cundiff is a CX Strategist currently at HLK, with a strong background in clinical research and marketing analysis. They served as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Washington University from 2021 to 2022, overseeing Head and Neck Cancer Clinical Trials, and previously worked as a Senior Marketing Analyst at Elasticity from 2022 to 2024, where they managed data-driven marketing strategies. Jack earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, along with a minor in Philosophy, from the University of Missouri, achieving Dean's List honors each semester and earning a Multicultural Studies Certificate. They also have experience as a social worker and psychometrist, administering psychological tests and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes.
