HLSPartnership LLP was formed as a result of the reorganisation of Heng Lee Seng LLP, a firm ranked amongst the Top 25 firms in Singapore with a history of over 50 years.

In 2025, the majority of the senior management team of Heng Lee Seng LLP transitioned to HLSPartnership LLP together as part of the reorganisation of the HLS Group of companies.

We offer a full range of auditing, accountancy, taxation, corporate secretarial and business advisory services and give a service which is professional, personalised, friendly and value-for-money.

We are registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and are practising members of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). We are bilingual in English and Mandarin.
