Bruce Katkowski started their work experience in 2009 at Vetrano Brothers Corp. Bruce first worked as a Laborer from September 2009 to March 2010, then as a Laborer Supervisor from April 2010 to December 2010. From January 2011 to November 2011, they served as an Assistant Office Manager.

In 2011, Bruce joined HLX and took on various roles. Bruce started as a Project Manager from November 2011 to January 2017. Bruce then became an Account Manager from January 2017 to January 2019. From January 2019 to May 2021, they worked as an Account Supervisor, followed by a role as Group Account Supervisor from May 2021 to July 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Account Services at HLX, starting from July 2022.

Bruce Katkowski graduated from Paramus Catholic High School with a High School Diploma in 2005. Bruce then attended William Paterson University of New Jersey from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing.

In terms of additional certifications, Bruce obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in early 2022. These certifications include "Delivering Employee Feedback," "How to Present and Stay on Point," "Transitioning from Manager to Leader," "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers," "Delegating Tasks," "Speaking Confidently and Effectively," and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers."
