Todd Higgins has extensive work experience in account services and client services across various healthcare organizations. Todd started their career at Cardinal Health in 1999, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Project Manager and Business Development Manager. In 2003, they joined Healthstar Communications and served as an Account Services Manager, Director of Account Services, and Account Director.

Todd then worked at CC FORD HEALTHCARE as an Account Director from 2009 to 2010 before moving to Medicus International New York in 2011, where they served as an Account Director. In the same year, they joined International Meetings & Science | Grey Healthcare Group as a Group Account Supervisor.

In 2013, Todd joined Advanced Clinical Concepts as a VP of Client Services and stayed until 2015. After that, they joined HLX, where they held several positions such as VP Client Services, SVP Account Management, and currently, they work as an Executive Vice President of Account Services.

Todd Higgins attended Montclair State University from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Social Work. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Hackensack High School. In terms of additional certifications, Todd obtained several certificates in leadership and communication skills from LinkedIn in January and February of 2022. Some of the certifications include "Delivering Employee Feedback," "How to Present and Stay on Point," "Transitioning from Manager to Leader," "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers," "Delegating Tasks," and "Speaking Confidently and Effectively."
