Todd Clyde

Todd Clyde began their work experience as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young in 1994. Todd then went on to work as Vice President and Controller at I-Bus/Phoenix from 1997 to 2000, followed by a role as Vice President, Controller at Verance from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Digirad, where they eventually took on the role of President, CEO, and Board Member. Todd held this position until 2013 when they transitioned to become Principal at Torrey Pines Capital, LLC. In 2014, they became President and CEO of Peterson Austin, LLC and founded HME, a wireless communication company, where they served as Chief Operating Officer from 2015.

Todd Clyde obtained a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University from 1986 to 1994, with minors in Business and Spanish. Todd also earned a Master's degree in Master's of Accountancy from the Brigham Young University - Marriott School of Management during the same period. In addition, Todd holds the certification of "CPA - Inactive" from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, although the dates of obtaining this certification are not specified.
