Michael Borst

Michael Borst has a diverse background in project management and recruitment, currently serving as a Functioneel Beheerder HiX at Haaglanden Medisch Centrum (HMC). From 2017 to 2022, Michael worked as an Adviseur Werving & Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie at HMC, focusing on employer branding and recruitment strategies. Previously, Michael held various roles in project leadership and consultancy, including positions at Bullhorn and Connexys, where they enhanced employer branding through the development of recruitment websites and effective candidate experiences. Michael pursued higher education, obtaining a degree in Personnel and Labor from Hogeschool INHOLLAND and additional certifications in project management.
