Sergio Ramon

Sergio Ramon currently serves as COO for HMC Capital and Gama Investimentos since August 2025, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, innovation, and governance while prioritizing risk management and compliance. Prior to this role, from July 2023 to July 2025, Sergio was the Wealth Management Operations and Customer Service Manager at ASA, where responsibilities included implementing an offshore operational structure and establishing various funds. Sergio's extensive experience includes over two decades at Credit Suisse, where as Head of Operations & Settlements for the Wealth Management Platform, the design and management of trade processing and settlement operations were overseen across multiple jurisdictions. Sergio holds an MBA from FGV São Paulo and a BBA from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho.
