HME recently opened its 11th location, adding stores in Abbotsford & Kamloops. 11 locations, 150 employees, BC’s largest medical distribution company. HME has built a high-performing and diverse workforce that strives to provide excellent client solutions every day.

With 62% of our team born outside of Canada, diversity isn’t just a value at HME, it’s a lived experience that shapes who we are. Our commitment to inclusion is reflected at every level of the organization, including our senior leadership team, where three dynamic women lead the way as our COO, Head of Sales, and Head of Operations.

Our team lives our values. From the moment they walk through the door, employees are brand ambassadors, representing HME with professionalism. We pursue excellence by constantly searching for ways to improve the client experience. Positive collaboration shows when our sales reps, technicians, and fulfillment teams deliver time-sensitive setups for hospital discharges. Our team is competitive, not just with others in the industry, but with ourselves, pushing every day for better outcomes. And no matter the situation, we own it and solve it; we don’t pass the problem along; we take it on, find the right answer, and follow through until the job is done, because at HME, we know every solution changes a life.
